How long is shipping?
Standard shipping is 5-7 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.

How does pre-order work?
A pre-order is an advance purchase or reservation for an item before it is ready to ship. Once your order is placed, we begin the production process specifically for your order.
Please note that pre-order items require additional processing and production time and will take longer than our standard order processing and shipping times. We kindly ask that you review and consider the estimated timeframe before placing your order.
Pre-orders are available for custom orders only. Throughout the production process, you will receive updates and communication regarding your order via email or text message.
